MOVIE projects about gay icons seem to come in pairs. Last year, it was back-to-back flicks about Truman Capote. Now, directors Bryan Singer and Gus Van Sant are both developing projects about Harvey Milk, San Franscisco's first openly gay supervisor, who was shot dead at age 28 in 1978 by a disgruntled pol.
